Do I have to use a Nova Mae Design template for customization?
No, you don't have to use one of our templates. We're happy to customize any Showit template you've selected from the Showit Design Marketplace. Just let us know which template you've chosen, and we'll tailor it to fit your brand perfectly. You will be required to add us as a Collaborator to your Showit Account.
What kind of customizations can be made to a template?
Almost anything! From adjusting the color palette and typography to reshaping the layout and adding or modifying content sections. We can also integrate custom graphics, like icons and banners, to give your site that extra personal touch. However, the basic layout of the template must remain the same.
How does the customization process work?
Once you've chosen a template we will discuss your vision, make recommendations, and then help you collect all the necessary content to achieve your new website. We encourage you to provide your own photos, text, and other content that you want to be included in your website. This ensures the final site truly represents your brand and message. Clients are responsible for providing us with this content for each page of the website (unless you have opted into our image sourcing and copywriting services with you package). A specific number of revisions will be laid out in your project and you will have the opportunity to review and request edits along the way to ensure everything looks just right.
How long does it take to customize a template?
The timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the changes and our current workload. Typically, customizations can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. We’ll give you an estimated timeline once we understand your specific needs.
What if I need help after the customization is complete?
We offer support for any issues or questions that arise after your customized template goes live. Depending on the service package you choose, we can provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and further customizations as needed.
